    子供の誕生日で利用させていただきました。 子供は恐竜に始めは怯えていましたが帰りにはすっかり恐竜の動きに合わせ話し掛けていて楽しめたようです。 スタッフの方も親切に対応していただき感謝いたします。 また機会がありましたら宿泊しようと思います。

    今回お盆料金という事で4名（内1名小学生）で12万円でした。 その割には夕食のビュッフェの品数の少なさや、ソーセージがあるのにケチャップ等が用意していない。またスタッフもアルバイト感たっぷりの声の小ささや対応の遅さが目立ちガッカリしました。 今回のサービス全体で出せる料金は1万5千円（1人）ぐらいでしょうか？ コスパ的にはラグナシアに行く人には立地面で良いと言う事だけで後は2度と今回の料金で宿泊しようとする気になりませんでした。

    エントランスの恐竜に子供達は大喜びでした。 お部屋も綺麗でしたが、ホテルというよりはワンルームマンションといった感じで、廊下も屋外でした。 部屋の中も必要最低限の設備という感じで、特に照明が、段階的に暗くできるものの、最終的な常夜灯や枕元のライトはなくて、夜は真っ暗にするしかなかったのが少し困りました。 朝食はスタッフの方の手際がよく、料理もいろいろあって良かったです。

    部屋は清潔感があり、過ごしやすかったです。 一点朝食時がかなりこみ合い、食べ物を取るときも人にぶつかることもあり、部屋数に対し、レストランの大きさが少し狭いかなと思いました。
