4月21日に1泊で利用しました。 記念日プランで母の傘寿のお祝いをしたのですが、生まれた日の新聞や当日の写真入りの号外をプレゼントして頂き、母も大変喜んでくれました。 スタッフの皆さんの対応も親切で気持ち良く過ごせました。 お料理も美味しかったです！ お部屋は広々として清潔感がありましたが、部屋にゴミ箱が無かったのが不便でした。 お風呂は10階の露天風呂を利用しました。景色はとても良かったのですが、湯船は露天だけだったので、風が強くて寒く感じました。 冬はもう少しお湯の温度が高い方が温まると思います。 湯上り処にはアイスのサービスもあり、全体的にはとても満足できる旅行になりました。 また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きたいです。

3世代でうかがいました。 接客していただいた方はどの方もとてもよかったのですが、お部屋のアメニティやティッシュケースの上に埃がのっていたり、洗顔などのボトルの下がどろどろしていたり、気になりした。 食事も幼児のご飯も贅沢で、おいしかったです。子供がぐずり早めにお願いしたところスムーズに出していただき助かりました。しかしお味噌汁や煮魚の器の下に汁が垂れていて持つと手についたり、少し気になりました。 露天風呂や室内露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。内風呂は少し汚い印象で入らなくてもよいかなあと思いました。

The private bath (indoor bath) needs to be reserved in advance. Reservations can be made from 15:00, 16:00, and 17:00.
