Japan|Age: 40s|Business2Posted: 1/02/2023伏見駅から近くで分かりやすく、コンビニや２４時間営業の飲食店も近くにあり便利ですが、大手のビジネスホテルとは全く違います。 ３泊したうちの２泊は五千円から六千円の価格帯でしたので、それなら普通のビジネスホテルに泊まる事をオススメします。 安い価格帯もあるようなので、安かろう、悪かろうの精神が従業員に定着しているようです。 まず、お部屋のお掃除を頼む度に え！お掃除するんですか？じゃあ昼間は外出して下さいね。 え！お掃除？じゃあベッド周りに何も置かないで下さいね。 と、いちいち一言言われるのがウケました。笑 最終日にはボイラーが故障してお風呂にも入れず、困るので遅くなってもいいので直ったらすぐに連絡をしてほしいと伝えたら それはいいんですけど遅くなりますけど。と言われ、いやいやだから遅くなってもいいと言ったのに！と思いつつ、朝になってもよいので。と念を押しておきましたが、チェックアウトの時間まで連絡はありませんでした。ボイラーは朝には直ってお湯は出ていたのに。 約束をしているサービスが提供できないというのは、サービス提供者にとって決してあってはならぬ非常事態です。 以前同じ事があった時には支配人自らが謝罪と説明に訪れ、常に状況説明をし、当たり前ですが復帰次第連絡してまわってました。 なぜ連絡しなかったのでしょうか？ ずっと待っていました。 偶然にも遅くなっても朝になってもよいと念を押し合っていたので、夜遅くなったから連絡しなかったという言い訳は通用しません。 遅くまで仕事をし、汗を流して眠り、次の仕事に備える為のビジネスホテルです。 お風呂に入れずに眠るなんてホテルの機能を成してないし、その非常事態を認識できないサービス提供者の意識が信じられません。 部屋が暗くポットがないという指摘に対し、部屋にはライトが置いてあり、フロントにはポットやコーヒーサービスがあるなど、企業努力は認めますし、最終日の一泊は半額くらいで泊まれたのでそれくらいの価格帯ならボイラーの件以外はとてもよいホテルだと思います。 五、六千円支払う人は栄なども視野に入れ、多少駅から遠くても一般的なサービスが受けれる大手ビジネスホテルをオススメします。

とても安い値段だったので、仕方ないですが、 部屋が狭く暗いですね。 寝るだけならば良いかもね。 朝パンとコーヒー頂けましたのは、ラッキーでした。

駅から10〜15分程度で、都市部で歩道が整っていることもあり、健脚な方なら歩いてinnも可能かと思います。期間限定か、ホテルのご厚意で簡単な朝食がありました。早い時間にoutしたので利用できませんでしたが、お心づかいが嬉しいと思いました。Wi-fiの設備はありますが個人的に使いづらかったです。各部屋にハンドソープ（泡）があると嬉しいです。間際の予約でしたが受けいれてくださり、ありがとうございました。

12/27に宿泊 フロントスタッフの所作、対応が心地よい良いホテルです 建物は古いけど、きちんと清掃されて気持ちの良い部屋です wifiはアンドロイド、ipadとも良好につながります アイスディスペンサーはないけどフロントスタッフに確認したら ポットに入れていただきました（多分お湯もOKだと思う） ご縁があったらまた泊まりたいです ちなみにグーグル検索で”幽霊”とでますが、何も出てきませんでいたよ（笑）
