Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 6/06/2023伝統のあるホテルはサービスがさすがに洗練されていました。車から荷物をおろすときに、私が持つ手提げ袋が破けて日本酒など床に落としました。割れていないと思っていた日本酒が割れていて荷物を積んだ台車を日本酒で汚してしまいました。2人のホテルの方が気づかれましたが、汚れた台車は全く気にされず、大吟醸を割った私の気持ちに心より寄り添って、とても親切に丁寧にご対応していただきました。他のフロント、レストランの皆さんも洗練されていました。初めての秋田市で全く知りませんが、秋田キャッスルホテルは、結婚式や会社の大切な催しで、信用され選ばれているホテルだろうと思いました。2つの会社で社長秘書の仕事していたので、こうした気づかいには人一倍気づいてしまい、嫌な思いをすることがほとんどですが、秋田キャッスルホテルには、一泊しただけで、温かい満ち足りた気持ちになりました。7日間の東北旅行の最終日に、秋田空港の時間調整だけのつもりで秋田キャッスルホテルに宿泊しましたが、今後の東北旅行では秋田キャッスルホテルに滞在します。夕食したホテルから徒歩5分の「とっくりの木」もまた行きます。なお、リニューアルされデラックスツイン（37㎡）の客室は良いレイアウト良いデザインでした。amazonプレミアム、Netflixも見られました。部屋からは視界はひらけ、館外の音は全く入らず快適でした。

秋田空港へのリムジンバスのバス停がホテルすぐそばで便利。チェックアウトが11時とゆっくり朝を過ごせる。朝食が美味しい。パンはどれも美味しかった。 ホテルのスタッフの方が、チェックイン後、歩行に介助の必要な母の手を取り、お部屋まで案内してくださった。
