    建物と設備が古く客室ごとの空調切り替えができません。全館一斉の空調設備だそうなので、冬なら全館暖房、夏なら冷房のどちらかです。部屋の空調を送風にしても、大元が暖房なら全館で暖房になってしまうとか。暑がりで寒がりでもある身には辛いので、なんとかしていただきたいです。客室には空気清浄・加除湿機もないため、備え付けをお願いします。 冷蔵庫は何十年も前のナショナル製で、寿命を過ぎていて冷えません。以前フロントに伝えたら特大バケツサイズのアイスペールに氷を入れて部屋に届けられ、冷蔵庫の代わりにと言われました。部屋のドライヤーもポータブルの小型のもので役にたちません。どちらも新替してください。 駐車場から客室のある本館へは、中庭を通る１階通路をしばらく歩きます。中庭には駐車場側出入口のそばに喫煙所があるので、出入口が開くと途端にヤニ臭い煙が押し寄せてきます。 ニコチン・アレルギー持ちには拷問なので、喫煙所は中庭から撤去し、駐車場含め敷地内全面禁煙にしていただきたいです。

    大浴場は千葉市内のホテルで最も広くてゆっくりできるのではないかと思います。わたしの様な風呂好きには高評価になるでしょう。千葉への出張で使わせていただきましたが、千葉駅からモノレールを使い、さらに駅から少し歩きますので、電車利用の方には敢えてここにする必要があるのかしら？周囲に飲食店や繁華街もないし...

    チェックインの時にフロントにおられた男性と女性の方の対応がすごく冷たかったです。お二人ともそんな感じで聞いても怖いし、とても心細い思いをいました。オークラといブランドなので安心してご予約しましたが、とてもがっかりしました。ベッドのマットレスも私には硬すぎて翌朝肩と首のこりで辛かったです。
