1泊2日で観光の為に利用しました。道後温泉に入りたくて、近くのホテルを考えていたのですが、安すぎず、遠すぎない所と思い、こちらのホテルにしました。素泊まりでしたが、ロビーの方の案内も親切で、ウェルカムドリンクがあり、リーズナブルだなと思いました。エレベーターを利用するのに、カードキーをタッチする必要があるので、防犯がしっかりしており安心できました。 アメニティにヘアバンドやクレンジングオイルがあるのが、とても良く、ありがたかったです。

３月４日に宿泊しました。年に数回利用しているのですが、今回は旅行支援割引と重なっていたこともあり、チェックイン時に団体客と重なり長く待たされたのは残念でした。温泉や食事は毎回安定しており満足です。

寝るだけのホテルであればOKだと思います。ホテル周辺はお店が多いので立地は抜群だと思います。 今回のお部屋はかなり狭いので、狭いながらに快適に過ごせればいいかもしれません。連泊は厳しいかなぁ。お風呂は大浴場がありますし、温泉なので快適です。

- When serving customers, they use trays instead of handing them over. An ozone (O3) deodorant system has been installed in common areas and all guest rooms, and a dedicated machine has been installed on the roof. Ozone mist is sprayed on common areas such as guest rooms and corridors at regular intervals to disinfect and deodorize.
