    いつも宇和島方面の釣行時に利用させてもらってます。 まぁ大浴場目当てなんですけどw スタッフの方も愛想も良くいつも気持ち良く対応していただきリピートしてます。 いつもありがとうございます。

    2023年2月23日（木）に泊まりました。 良い点 ①立地が、高速を降りて10分以内、バイク族には、探し易いです。「評価４」 ②食事は、バイキングですが、一個、一個と皿に取り分けており、大変衛生的で、味もおいしく大変良いです。「評価５」 ③レストランのサービスは、ホテルの受付と違って、大変良いです。氷を頂く時も嫌な顔一つ無しに対応いただきました。「評価５」 悪い点（受付のサービスが最低です） ①お風呂が、4時からとの事で4時に行きますと、お風呂自体は、問題無いですが、体を洗う場所の「お湯」が、出ない。延々とお湯を出しても真水状態。受付に言ったら、「嫌な顔」して確認に行きました。この件は、1月末から連泊している客も言っています。「評価２」 ②ホテルに「水割りの氷」をお願いすると、また嫌な顔して、レストランへ直接言ってくれと言われました。受付には、2名居たのに、何の対応も無しです。ホテルの客商売をしているのであれば、もう少しサービス対応を良くして頂きたい。「評価１」 次のまた泊まりに来てほしいとの努力が全く見られません。

    2月24日に宿泊しました。夕食、朝食のバイキングは満足しました。料理は定番料理が小さなお皿に小分けしてあったので、少しずついろんなものを楽しめました。電気毛布がセットされていてうれしかったです。

    夕食が小皿に分けたバイキング形式で清潔でおかずも種類があり大変美味しかったです。風呂は大浴場があり一人でゆっくり入れました。

    初めてお世話になりました。 先ずは受け付けのスタッフの対応⇒◎ 部屋の清潔感⇒築年数も考慮した上で◎ 晩ごはん⇒◎ バイキング形式なのに手作り感があり、とても美味しかった。もっと食べたかったのに、お腹いっぱいになってしまって残念でした 朝ごはん⇒◎ 周辺⇒◎ 徒歩5分圏内に、スーパー、ドラッグストア3件、100均、ホームセンター、コンビニ、アミューズメント2件あります。何のお店かは見ませんでしたが、飲食店もありました。
