"Echizen Mangetsu" offers hospitality with its special kaiseki meal. ◆The monthly kaiseki meal is made with great care using local seasonal ingredients. <Example of this month's menu> On the plate: Beef Yanagawa hotpot Grilled dish: Grilled horse mackerel tube Fried dish: Kuzuryu Maitake mushroom and domestic chicken gratin Seasoned dish: Autumn mackerel salad with ponzu dressing, and several other dishes (※Some menu items may change.) ■About breakfast■ A Japanese breakfast centered on local fish and vegetables. ■About dining locations■ All guests will be served breakfast and dinner in the dining area. ※Guests staying in the Japanese modern rooms with open-air baths can change to in-room dining. (Additional charge of 3,000 for 2 people/room) Please let us know in advance if you wish to do so. ■Hot Springs■ The large public bath is open until midnight and from 5:30 the next morning. Alkaline simple hot spring ■About Children■ *Please enter your child's gender and age in the comments section when making a reservation. ・70% of the adult rate includes dinner (kaiseki cuisine), breakfast, yukata, futon, and towel. ・The all-inclusive set for infants includes dinner (children's lunch), breakfast, yukata, futon, and towel. *You can also change to a fish lunch for an additional 2,200 yen. Please let us know in advance. ・Children aged 4 and over who do not require meals or bedding will be charged 2,200 yen per person for facility use. ■About the rooms■ -Standard guest room: Maximum 5 people (including co-sleeping) -Japanese-style room with open-air bath: Maximum 6 people (including co-sleeping) -Modern Japanese-style room with open-air bath: Maximum 6 people [Guests using the Modern Japanese-style room with open-air bath] -This room is not available for preschool children. -Children 7 years and older can choose the children's lunch. ■About transfers■ Transfers (charges apply) are available. (Reservation required) -Round trip to Fukui Station costs 4,000 yen per group (maximum 2-9 people). ■About payments■ Payments of less than 1,000 yen must be made in cash only. ■About cancellation fees■ On weekdays, cancellations will be charged from one week before the reservation.
