Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 20/03/2023大変お世話になりました。サービスも旅館自体も最高でした。コーヒーサービスも素晴らしく、従業員の皆様もすれ違うたびに足を止めてご挨拶くださり、ほのぼのした気持ちになりました。部屋のお風呂から見える星空も満天で露天風呂同様に感動しました。お風呂の泉質、雰囲気ともに素晴らしかったです。夕食も部屋食で落ち着いて頂くことができ、朝食は会場食でしたがとても品数が多く見た目もきれいで非常に楽しめました。館内は隅から隅まで散策（スタンプラリーもやりました）して感動でした。庭も見れたし、文句のつけようのない宿でした。次回下呂温泉に伺った際はぜひまたお世話になりたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

歴史と文化を味わうことができる宿です。古き素晴らしき建物を維持管理、サービスのクォリテーィーを保つことは、とても大変だと思いますし、部屋食や布団敷きなどたくさんの従業員様の支えがないとは維持できないと思います。 チェクインの時間を少し早い時間に宿へ到着しました。チェクインが他のお客様と重なったので、慌ただしく流れ作業的な要件を的を得ない男性スタッフのチェクイン担当者でかつ、後から来た方々が早々に部屋に係の方に案内されて各部屋に向かって行きましたが一番最後の案内となり先行き不安と宿代奮発したのにと、モヤモヤ感がありましたが、最終的には部屋担当になって頂いた男性の係の方の対応の丁寧さでリカバリーされました。 館内の共有部の廊下は要所要所に暖房設備があり、館内を寒いと感じる場所はあまりなかったと思います。 それ以上に、本当に、複雑に入り組んだ館内ですがゴミひとつ見かけない徹底された清掃が行われていました。部屋食も運ばれるタイミングと料理の温かさも冷めてしまうことなく気遣いを感じました。 しいて言わせて頂ければ宿の顔であるフロントの方の教育が。 それとお風呂場の洗面所のアメニュテイィーがコロナ対策と言っても 手洗い石鹸ぐらいないと。 と感じました。 浴室まで持っていく紫色のビニール製袋の紐がひとつだけ紐がないものでした。再利用しているのか。不吉な嫌な思いを感じました。 チェックアウトの係の方の対応観光地の場所を聞いたら、あそこはカーナビにどう入れても？？なんて案内でしたので、聞いても無駄と思い諦めました。要所の交差点ぐらい教えて頂ければたどり着くことができるのに・・・。たくさんのお客様が来られるのでその程度の案内でもお客様が来られるので大丈夫なのでしょう。リカバリーは、靴の保管をして頂いておられるお元気な男性スタッフに感謝です。
