Located in the center of Takayama City, it provides easy access by foot to the 'Miyagawa Morning Market' and the 'Historic Old Town Walk'. [Breakfast] Buffet ・The hotel's signature breakfast. ・Hida Koshihikari rice, miso soup, and Takayama's classic Hoba Miso. ・Locally sourced dishes including a mixed salad from Koyagaito Farm, scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon, Hida beef tendon and radish stew, apple juice from Tsutsumi Orchard, and yogurt from Makiseisha, among others, prepared with a focus on local production and consumption. In the East Wing basement, there is a large bath with tatami flooring (dry sauna available).
