We have created a kaiseki meal using ingredients from each season, making the most of the ingredients. Enjoy the colorful and beautiful creations that our proud chefs show off, which are not only delicious but also visually appealing. *We make soba noodles in a corner of the kitchen at our hotel. Please refrain from staying with people who have a soba allergy ■Breakfast■ We offer a healthy "Japanese meal" that is perfect for waking up to a good morning. We carefully prepare each dish, cherishing the colors of the seasons. *Guests staying at the main building Tsuruya will dine in their rooms. For groups of three or more (including children with meals included), you may be guided to the dining area. *Guests staying at the annex Mizukian will dine in the dining area. Guests who wish to dine in their rooms can do so for an additional fee of 2,200 yen per person. However, we may not be able to accommodate your request. The dining location will be decided upon contact from the hotel. ■Children's Meals■ We offer two types of meals for children: "Children's Lunch" and "Shungetsukaiseki," the same as for adults. Regardless of age, please choose according to the amount you wish to eat and your preferences. If you choose "Children's Lunch," the room rate will be 50% of the adult rate, and if you choose "Shungetsukaiseki," the room rate will be the same as for adults. ■Hot Springs■ Shima Onsen's original hot spring "Omusou no Yu" and its own hot spring "Shikazoki no Yu" The luxurious natural hot spring, also known as "Kiseki no Yu", is a blend of Shima's four hot springs, including the hot springs "Yamadori no Yu" and "Yuno Izumi" drawn from the town, and is a high-quality hot spring that is gentle on the skin.
