    食事は満足です。散歩に出て帰りの案内が不十分でした。森秋旅館には行けませんの看板が目立っていた。

    夫婦で合計25300円のプランで利用したが、まさに金と時間の無だった。 まず客室の不満点 一部コンセントが故障で使えない 温泉に行く際に持って行くタオルを入れる袋が用意されていない 室内に元々あった急須に茶漉しが入っていなかった。(フロントに茶漉しだけを要求したら、言ってる意味がよくわからないからと、なぜか急須と湯呑みセットを持ってきた。) 敷布団が激薄で体が痛い。寝たら余計疲れた。 ここの施設に対する不満は客室に対してだけではなく、書ききれないほどあったが、中でも不満が募ったのが料理。夕食は「豚しゃぶをメインにした懐石料理」のはずだったが、豚は薄いのが2切れ。他にも味のしないおっ切り込みや思わず吹き出しそうになるような小鉢が沢山あったが、バジルソース入り茶碗蒸しは馬鹿不味く笑ってしまった。食事の終盤に女将らしき方が挨拶に来そうになったので逃げるように帰った。「写真をお撮りしましょうか?」と言われたが、食べ終わりかつ最悪の料理と写真を撮りたいと思う人間がいるとお思いですか? 温泉も大したことないし、従業員にも笑顔と活気がないし、古き良き日本のーや、老舗温泉宿風情のーが体験したい人向けではないです。もう来ない。

    週末の宿泊客も多いなかで、スタッフが良心的なサービスを維持しようと努力されている様子に好感が持てました。ただ、部屋食のメニューは特徴が無く月並みな印象でした。朝食は気持ち良くいただきました。
