バイキングなので仕方ないけど、冷たくなっているものの改善がされるともっと良くなると思います。 アメニティは充実してたとの娘からの話はありました。

素泊まりでチェックインしたが用意が何もされていなくて待ち時間が長かった。相手のミスで支払いは何度もやり直し。伊藤園ホテルグループで一番最悪だった。

年末の旅行で利用させていただきました。 石段街へも歩いていけて、夜景がきれいでした。 信州牛のサーロインステーキ、やわらかお肉で美味しかったです。 その他、バイキング、アルコール・ソフトドリンク飲み放題 往復、東京から下道で行けて、リーゾナブルに旅行を楽しみました。 また、お世話になります。
