Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 22/05/2023数年前旅行の際に日帰りで利用した事が有り、今回は宿泊させて頂きました。 ゴールデンウィーク期間だったのですが、平日とはいえ広く綺麗なお部屋にお安く宿泊出来て嬉しかったです。 少し残念だなと思ったのは朝食バイキングの受付の際、係の方にルームキーを見せて会場に進むのですがキーを見ても受付の方はうんもすんもなく、リストにチェックのみしてそのまま会場遠くを見ていたので席の案内待ちなのかと思って5分程待っていました。が、一切の声掛けもなく…。 家族内の混んでるから待つんだねえ。等の会話が聞こえたのか、何してんの？みたいな顔と声のトーンでどうぞ？と声を掛けられました 。 せめてキー確認後、自由席ですのでお好きな席へどうぞ！等、声掛けをして欲しかったです。 後ろに行列を作ってしまい、朝の貴重な時間を無駄にして家族にも皆さんにも申し訳無い気持ちでモヤモヤしてしまいました。 それ以外の不満はありません。 混んでなくてのんびり過ごす事が出来ました。

GW期間中の平日に宿泊いたしました。 宿泊客が多かったようで、夕食は当初指定されていた会場とは違い、離れのほうに案内されました。 食事のスピードに合わせてステーキなどを温かい状態で用意してくださり、量も味も大変良かったです。 ロビーでの田村まさかさんのコンサートも楽しく、素敵な網走の休日を過ごすことができました。 何度も利用しておりますが、総合的に満足度が高いホテルだと思います。 大女将さんのお出迎えにいつも心癒されております。 どうもありがとうございました。

5月3日に宿泊しました。 朝食プランなので、夕食はわからないけど、朝食はフツウにおいしい！ 風呂、部屋は元々古いものが苦手なので、チョットキツかった。 マッサージ気持ちよかった。
