    Takeha Shinyatei's basic meal plan. The rooms are 8 tatami Japanese-style rooms, South Building Japanese-style rooms, and East Building Japanese-style rooms. Please select your room type when making your reservation. Breakfast and dinner will be served in a separate dining hall. ~About kaiseki [calendar meal] where you can enjoy the richness of the north~ With the theme of local production for local consumption, this kaiseki meal uses locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, and each dish is carefully prepared by the head chef.
