    初めての北海道旅行でしたのでアクセスに困らないようにと思いJRタワーに宿泊しました。出来れば高層階でとお願いしたところ　お部屋もアップグレードして下さり　超快適に過ごさせて頂きました。何より　全てのスタッフの方々のレベルが格別で　さすが　と感動致しました！　素敵な想いでに感謝しかありません

    全ての対応が満足でした。フロントでもすぐに声をかけてくださり、適切な対応をしてくださいました。部屋もキレイで眺めも良く、とても満足しています。

    息子の卒業祝いで滞在しました。生憎の雨でしたが、駅直結でとても助かりました。 スタッフの方々の対応も全て素晴らしく、部屋からの眺めも最高で、お風呂も気持ちよく、買い物にも便利で、本当に素晴らしいホテルです。 次回また札幌に行く時は是非利用させて頂きます。

    宿泊費素泊まりで24000円程度であればアメニティの化粧水等は準備して欲しかったです。またスパの利用時間も短く、また風呂の掃除がかなりあまい感じでした。 ぜひ改善してください。 部屋も値段の割にかなり狭めです。 また泊まりたいと思えるようなホテルにしてください。
