旅行で使わせていただきました。このご時世でしたが大変安く宿泊できたと思います。他は普通のビジネスホテルと感じました。スタッフさんの対応はとてもいいです。

禁煙を予約しましたが、お部屋、エレベーター タバコ臭かったです。消臭スプレー等使用してると思いますが、禁煙者はすぐ分かります。 窓が開くので助かりました！ フロントに研修中の方がいらっしゃいましたが、名前を間違ってもスルーしてたのが気になりました。頑張って下さいね！ ありがとうございました。

フロントのみなさんは遅い到着でしたが丁寧で親切でした。軽食は無料なので言って失礼かもしれませんが、内容がが少し物足りなく、有料でもよいからご飯ものがあればありがたいです。
