受付の女性の対応が良かったです。 繁華街からは少し離れているが、近くにコンビニがいくつもあって不便はない。 市電に乗れば、大通やすすきのにも行けるので、飲食にも特に困らないと思います。

全体的には値段を考えると普通かやや良い。 全館禁煙でないためか、部屋からレストランやロビーへ移動する際のエレベーターホールでいつもタバコの匂いがして非常に不快だった。エレベーター内もちょっと臭かった。この理由によりおそらく当ホテルはもう利用しないと思う。 ラージツインに宿泊したがソファーベッドはないタイプで、追加のエキストラベッドもないと言われた（いちおう毛布は貸してくれた）。ここは事前に確認しなかった自分のミス。 朝食は値段の割には悪くないが、トースターの火力が強すぎるのかパンを黒焦げにしてしまうことがあったのと、アロエヨーグルトのアロエが少し水っぽかった。部屋のアメニティを大胆に省略するのは良いと思うが、紅茶やお茶のティーバッグくらいは欲しかった（それをすると大量に持っていく人がいるのだろうか…）。

主要な繁華街からは離れているため、アクセスはちょっと難ありでした。 全体的には、普通のビジネスホテルといった印象でした。 スタッフの方は、感じ良かったです。
