Japan|Age: 70s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 28/05/2023★5月26日から1泊しました。お風呂がリニューアルされていてまず驚きました。全面が洞爺湖の小島に直面していてフルオープンで屋根のある外風呂といった風情。外気が冷んやりと浴室を満たし、実に開放的な空間で何度も入浴を楽しめました。その昔ならプール目当ての子供連れの利用でしたがこれなら私たちの年齢の者でも楽しめるようになりました。そして何より他所より格段にお得な料金で、食事も品数多くまた味付けも良く、またデザートも綺麗にディスプレーされていて満足できるものでした。対応される従業員のかたがたも良く教育されていて一生懸命に対応されていて、とても良い印象を受けてきました。また、利用したいと思います。できれば孫も連れて来たいものです。

久々にまた泊まりたいホテルなに出逢えました！ 食事も美味しく満足度高く、星空を眺めて入るお風呂が最高でした。 また行きたいです！

友人4人で宿泊しました。正面玄関やロビーは綺麗にされておりとても華やかな雰囲気でした。大浴場も洞爺湖を眺めながらの入浴、窓もなくとても開放感がありよかったです。ただ客室だけは古いまま、窓は開かず、空調も効かず、換気扇もなく…5月とはいえ締め切った室内は空気も悪く、とても暑くて汗ばむ寝苦しい夜でした。ロビーや大浴場と部屋のミスマッチを感じるホテルでした。
