Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 8/02/2023到着が遅くなりそうでしたので朝食のみのプランで1泊しました。 昭和の雰囲気が漂うひなびた温泉ホテルで、設備は古いですが掃除は行き届いており、個人的には気に入りました。朝食も美味しかったです。 残念だったのは外国の方のマナーが悪かったことで、他の客がいる中、サウナストーブに濡れタオルを絞ってかけたのを見て慌てて逃げ出しました。 外国の方が落ち着いたあたりで、また宿泊したいです。

到着が遅くなったのに、フロントの方もレストランの方もとても親切で丁寧に応対していただきました。 子供連れでの食事にとても気にかけていただき、優しい気遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。 お食事もどれも美味しく、温泉も満足でとても癒されました。 朝食時のバイキングの補充も素早く素晴らしいと思いました。 最近行った宿で1番気持ち良く利用させていただき、絶対にまた行きたいです。

室内照明カバーに虫の死骸が複数そのままの状態はいかがなものかとお思いました。

Wi-Fiがつながりにくく 仕事に支障をきたしました。部屋のせいなのか夜は全くつながらず困りました。宿泊する時はつながりやすい部屋を希望したほうがよいかと思われます。 部屋内に除菌スプレーが置いていなくてホテル前のコンビニで購入しました。部屋に備えてほしい。 ホテルの方々は気持ちの良い対応をされていました。料理もおいしかったです。

目の前がセコマなのもよかった！ お風呂はパノラマの方が工事中で使えなかったが、洞窟の方で十分でした！露天風呂もよかったです！ 朝も夜もご飯美味しかったです！

女湯は大浴場の他に洞窟風呂が別にありとても良かったです。でも洞窟風呂の方は温度が高めで子どもが入るにはちょっとむいてないかも…。 アメニティも充実しており、シャンプーも数種類おいてあり良いとおもいます！ホテルの目の前にコンビニがあるのでとても便利です。 部屋からは洞爺湖が見え、晴れてる日はとても良い景色がみえます。 チェックアウトの日、雪がつもっていたのですが、車に積もった雪をホテルの方が下ろしてくれていたようでとても親切で助かりました！ また行きたいです。

夕食のグレードアップを選択しましたが、あまりかわらなかったです。 温泉は工事中でしたが、とてもよい温泉でした。

今回9ヶ月の子どもを連れての宿泊でした。 貸切温泉は脱衣所、浴室が広かったことと、露天風呂もありゆっくりと入ることができました。 部屋も快適でした。夕食の際に子ども用に別でご飯を用意してくださったり子供用椅子やベビーベッドまで用意されていました。 どの職員さんも非常に良い方ばかりで、ステキなホテルだと感じました。また次も宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。
