    バスが目の前でとまるので、車がなくても行きやすかったです！ スタッフの方が気さくに話しかけてくれたり対応が良かったです！

    2023年4月1日洞爺湖畔亭一泊。チェックイン時にアンケートを渡され部屋で確認すると既に他の宿泊者(住所等の個人情報記入)が記入済みであり、客の意見・要望等を受け入れ真摯に改善を行う姿勢に欠け、個人情報の管理に対しての危機感がない。部屋の造りは年数が経っているせいか古臭く、畳は数か所の歪みささぐれがあり衣類に付着。クロスは座椅子での擦り傷が多数、ベットの脇・部屋の角隅の埃があり清掃の不備が目立つ。館内案内・約款等のリーフレットはシミだらけで不衛生。定期的な客室の改装・メンテナンスを行うべき。19時過ぎ夕食を食べに会場に行っても入り口にスタッフがいなくしばらく待たされる。生ビールを注文しても7、8分位してからやっと提供される。会場内には10数組しかいないのにブッフェ料理の補充が遅く欠品も多い。料理は味が全体にしょっぱく不味く温く品揃えも少なくチープである。支払った料金と施設・料理・サービスが見合っていない。がっかりっで久しぶりの家族旅行が台無しになった。二度と洞爺湖畔亭は利用しない。

    ホテルの方の対応がよかったです。夕食バイキングのジンギスカンと炊き込みご飯がとてもおいしかったです。 色浴衣無料貸し出しサービスがとても良いと思いました。
