今回、旅行会社の予約サイトと合わせて3泊させて頂きました。 フロントスタッフさんの対応もよく、(電話で道を聞いた際も女性スタッフさんが丁寧に対応してくださりとても助かりました。嬉しかったです。) お部屋はとてもきれいで、バストイレ別だったのも使いやすくとても良かったです。 朝食もおいしかったです。 立地は、周辺が治安が良くはなさそうといった感じなので慣れるまでびっくりしていましたがホテルが過ごしやすい雰囲気なのでこちらに泊まって良かったと思っています。 連泊のタオルですが、フロントでもらうのは不便すぎます。他のホテルさんのようにどうかドア掛けにしてくださるととても助かります。 せめてビニールに入れて渡してほしいです。お風呂あがりに使うタオルですのでお会計などした手で素手でタオル渡されるのはちょっと嫌でした。 また泊まらせて頂きたいです。 ありがとうございました。

有馬温泉や神戸ポートアイランドを観光するのに宿泊しました。受付の接遇も大変気持ちの良い親切な対応を頂きました。旅行の最後の夜でしたが、大変気持ちよく過ごせました。
