Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 29/04/2023以前はガソリンスタンドだった施設でレンタカーの貸し出しもされている様です。 レンタカーの受付がチェックイン受付を兼ねていましたが、阪神西宮駅側から徒歩で来ると施設の先（南側）の方になります。 一旦チェックインすると部屋の鍵と受付兼玄関の鍵の暗証番号の印刷された紙片を渡されますのでそれさえもって居居れば出入りは自由でした。 阪神西宮駅からの道すがらにコンビニも数件あり、近くに美味しいインド料理の飲食店もなどもあって夜の食事には困りませんでしたし郵便局も近くにありました。 宿泊のフロアはらせん階段を上がったところにあり、靴からスリッパに履き替えが必要でした。 我々が利用した部屋は2名用で施設の記載通りに二段ベッド1台とゴミ箱と空気清浄機があるだけでした。 宿泊したのは南側端の部屋（E）で国道43号線と阪神高速3号線沿いに面しており、結構騒音が夜遅くまであり、早朝もトラックのクラクションで起こされました。 概ね見える部分の清掃は行き届いており清潔そう感じましたが、シーツや布団カバーは前泊のお客さんの髪の毛が沢山ついており毎回洗濯されてない様子でした。 また、ベッドと窓の間はゴミがたまっていたり以前の宿泊客の湿布薬や黄色いタオルが落ちており見えない部分は問題が有りました。 また、共有部分に備え付けの電子レンジは壊れており使えませんでした。 シャワールームなども割と綺麗なものの洗面台はホコリや髪の毛で汚れていました。 泊まるだけであっても決してお勧めは出来ない施設だと思いました。

シャワーのみのお部屋とは覚悟していましたが温度調節が難しく熱湯が出たり冷水が出たり、シャワーはとても使いにくいです。熱いと危ないのでほぼ水シャワーでした。3階部分にあたる6人部屋はエレベーターがないので重たいスーツケースを運ぶのが辛かったです。 キッチンは見ないほうが良かった。

雑な感じのする外観とは打って変わり、中の必要箇所は綺麗に掃除が行き届いていました。 ６人部屋が二つある様ですが、大きさは倍ほど違いました。私達は大人２子供３で一泊だったので小さい方でも事足りましたが、数泊する場合は大きい方の部屋を事前に抑えられるのか確認しても良いかと思いました。スタッフの方とは二人お会いしましたが、とても感じの良い方達でした。 寝るだけの場所を格安で確保するにはもってこいの場所だと思います。

観劇のために２泊しましたが駅から近いし、共用のリビングに必要なものは何でも揃っているし、部屋も清潔だしとても快適でした。倍以上の費用をかけてビジネスホテルに宿泊するのが勿体無く感じました。また、機会があれば利用させて下さい。

必要にして十分です。 レンタカー屋さん併設なので 事前にわかってたらこちらで レンタカー予約しました。 別のところで予約してたので残念。
