Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)2Posted: 30/07/2023今回禁煙部屋で2泊利用しました。 部屋の広さは充分にゆっくり出来る広すぎるくらいの部屋でした。 しかし、ロビーに入った瞬間からタバコ臭く、エレベーターも廊下もずっとタバコ臭くて部屋に入るまでが具合悪くなりそうで大変でした。 ビジネスマン用の喫煙部屋が多いから。と仕方ないと思いつつ、せめてロビーくらいは臭いに気をつけて欲しいです。 部屋の中は臭くなく大丈夫でしたが、部屋に置いてあるタオルがタバコ臭くて衝撃を受けました。 そして、受付の言葉遣いは不快でした。滅多に居ない女性の場合は特に感じませんでしたが、ほとんど男性が受付にいるため、話しかけずらかったです。

設備は新しくはないですが、部屋は清潔で、臭いも無く、快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食は、種類は多くないものの、満足できました。

◆Accommodation charges are paid in advance at the time of check-in.
We will prepare it for you. (We will prepare a complete set in bags and place it in front of the guest room door.) If you wish to collect garbage, please take it out of the guest room by 11:00 am. I will.
◆The hotel's parking lot is limited to about 10 cars, and will be used on a first-come, first-served basis (reservations are not possible. Parking before or after check-in is also prohibited. Please understand)
◆If the parking lot is full, please use the Tsuchiura Station East Parking Lot (charged) located at the East Exit of Tsuchiura Station. If you bring your parking ticket to the front desk, you can leave the parking lot for 500 yen/time.

(1) Abolition of bath amenities
From April 1, 2022, the "Act on Promotion of Plastic Resource Recycling" came into effect. The Rio Hotels Group has endorsed this initiative and will open on October 24, 2022 (Monday).
We have discontinued the amenity buffet. Men's and women's amenity sets for 300 yen each at the front desk. We will continue to provide toothbrushes in your room.
(2) Introduction of eco-cleaning
In order to protect the environment, the Rio Hotels Group will only clean the rooms once every two nights for guests staying consecutive nights. On eco-cleaning days, the room will not be cleaned, only bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, and water.
