Japan|Age: 20s|Solo5Posted: 23/09/2023小さい子ども2人連れて宿泊しました。玄関にいた係の方、受付やすれ違う方もみなさん笑顔で迎えてくれて最初から居心地がよかったです。 部屋も綺麗にされていて、とても快適に過ごせました。 小さい子どもがいたからか、個室での食事を用意していてくださり、とても助かりました。平日で空いていたこともあると思いますが、子どもが歩き回ったりしていたのでお気遣いが嬉しかったです。 6階の部屋から女の大浴場に行くのに外の回廊を通る時、その日大雨で上からも雨水が垂れて下もびちょびちょのところをスリッパで通る事だけ気になりました。雨の日はエレベーターを使うよう言っていただけたらよかったです。 施設の雰囲気がよく予約しましたが、施設だけでなく人も良くて大変満足しました。また利用したいです！

名前の通り、森に囲まれたすみかで心のそこから癒されました。また機会があれば是非きたいと思います。

毎年の恒例で利用されていただいています。 今回は9ヶ月の娘も一緒に宿泊たという事もあり、食事は個室の場所を用意していただき、ベビーベッド、子供椅子の準備をしてサービスの良さを感じました。 ゆっくり食事も堪能することが出来ました。 建物、部屋も綺麗で文句の付けるところがありません。 来年も妻、娘の3人で利用したいです。

60代女子会でお世話になりました。卓球、おしゃべりと楽しい時間を過ごし、大大大満足のお食事でした。フロントでは次の日の観光案内から行き方まで説明していただきお世話になりました。朝食は和食でランチ並の豪華な食事プラスプチバイキングでパンやコーヒーまで提供されていました。ただ、施設が広すぎて迷子になってしまった叔母さんグループでした。

7月に宿泊しました！ 接客面は、とても親戚で優しい方ばかりでとてもよかったです。 お部屋もすごく広くて最高でした！ 食事では、メインというメインが泣く少し物足りなかったです。 あと、大浴場のシャワーがとても弱くて少し不満でした。
