    学生時代の友人と15年ぶりに会って夢のようなひと時を過ごさせて頂きました。家事から離れこんなにもゆっくりできたのは本当に久しぶりです。料理も美味しく見た目にも素敵で最高でした。おもてなしをして下さったお宿の皆様、お金を出してくれた主人に感謝です。

    なんとも優雅な空間でした。お宿の方のおもてなしは流石だと思わされました。妻はいつも以上に饒舌になっていた気がします。またお世話になりたいと心より思います。

    子供づれだったこともありお部屋が広くてよかったです。オムツバケツのサービスもあり親切だなと感じました。

    施設、設備は良いのに接客で台無しです。 ・公式ホームページの「お問い合わせ」でお願いしていた追加料理は通っていない。 ・料理のタイミングは悪いし、そもそも出てこない。座って初めに用意されていた料理だけで40分間何も出てこず、やっと出てきた天ぷらも冷めている。 ・人の顔の前、食事中の料理の上に平気で腕を伸ばしてコンロに火をつける、出された料理の皿は横を向いている。 ・1時間半程度の食事を終えて部屋に戻ると、掃除はしているのに布団は敷いていない。コロナ対策で自分で準備するのかと確認の電話をしたらあわてて布団を敷きにくる。 ・チェックアウトでは、食事のお酒と入湯税が別々の紙で請求され、支払い合計は尋ねるまで計算せずに自分で計算しろとばかりに放置。お願いして合計金額を計算してもらって支払ったところ、支払いが足りないと追加請求。よく聞くと、ホテル側の電卓計算ミスなのに、一言の詫びもなく、あたかもこちらのミスのような扱い。 ・旅行支援のクーポンコードが記載されたカードも、事前説明なく、チェックアウト時に突然回収すると言われ、慌てて探して2枚のうち1枚しか見つからなかったら、それでもいいとのこと。回収するなら初めに説明されたい。 ・温泉旅館の宿泊で、宿泊料以外に入湯料が必要なのも初めて。入湯税は別に支払っているので、宿泊のお風呂代を宿泊料以外に必要なら、事前に説明すべき。入湯税と入湯料が必要な温泉旅館は珍しいのでは。 温泉をはじめ施設、設備は良いのにスタッフが全くダメ。気持ちよく過ごせず、高い無駄金を使ってしまい後悔です。
