子ども連れでの宿泊でした。いろんなところでの細かい気遣いに感謝です。以前も１度利用させていただいたのですが、以前と変わらずスタッフの方々の対応もよく、料理も美味しくまた、利用したいと思いました。 部屋のプールも子どもたちと一緒に堪能させていただきました。

すごい素敵な宿でした。 立地面が迷子になりやすいと連絡をいただき、スムーズにとうちゃくできました。 また、部屋の中も寒くならぬようにカーペットがあったり、お風呂も調節できるようにしてあったり満足のいく宿でした。 お値段にあうサービスのお宿です。

10月10日に宿泊しました。お部屋や食事はもちろんですが、サービス、スタッフもかなり親切丁寧で満足してます。2歳と0歳の子供がおり色々とお願いばかりしましたが、快く迅速に対応していただき感謝しかありません。お気に入りの宿なので定期的に使わせていただきながら大切で大好きな家族との思い出を作っています！また、絶対に伺います！

食事は離れで食べたのですがその際のスタッフの方が明るく丁寧な方ですごくいい時間を過ごせました。とても美味しく、お籠もり旅だったのでその点は満足です。 ですが、部屋においては入館の際に説明がありますが「山なので虫が出る際があります」とのことでしたが日中は特に気にならず夜になるとカメムシがプールに浮いており入る気になれませんでした。ベッドにもどこからきているのかわからないアリが何匹も出てきて安心して寝れなかったです。 写真の見栄えが良かっただけに期待をしすぎてしまいやすい出費ではない分、ショックが大きかったです。

The hot springs and water in the pools of rooms with pools are not circulating and filtered. New hot springs and water are constantly added and replaced twice a day.
The detached pool is set up to be protected by a large tree that has been living in this land for a long time, so leaves and fruits may fall from the tree.
If the child is under 3 years old, the facility usage fee (bedding and meals not required) is 0 yen.
