Japan|Age: 20s|Friends2Posted: 29/05/2023バブリーを感じた。若い人にはお勧めできないかも。 Wi-Fiはあるが部屋の電気が通っていなかったので、携帯を充電するのに使用中のプラグを抜かなくてはならなかった。 全体的に施設が大きすぎて、移動に時間がかかる。 砂蒸し風呂は気持ちよく、従業員も親切だったがそれ以外は△。 私だけかもしれないが、部屋のにおいが無理だった。いくら換気しても消えない感じ。

数十年ぶりに訪れたが、立地、建物のスケール共唯一無二である反面 建物のメンテナンスは十分でなく、若い従業員の雰囲気も合わせて（南国なのに）暗さを感じた レンタカー利用が多いにも関わらず、広大な敷地のアプローチ道路の痛みは特に激しく荒涼感さえある コロナの影響で大変だろうが、指宿を代表するホテルとして今後に期待している

従業員の皆さんには親切な対応をしていただきました。朝食付きのプランだったのですが、当日電話で急遽夕食を付けられるか聞いてみたところ、洋食のコースか焼肉なら大丈夫と言われ、洋食をお願いしました。ダメもとで聞いてみたのですが本当に助かりました。どれも美味しかったのですが、ステーキがとても柔らかくてとろけるようでした。 砂むし風呂はとても気持ちよく、また上がった後に入る温泉からの眺めが素晴らしかったです。 敷地がとても広く、街に出ようと思っても簡単に外に出られない立地なのが少し不便でしたが、バスの停留所がホテル前だったのはよかったです。

施設が広くて移動に時間が掛かります。しかし、散歩と思えば？スタッフの皆さん親切にしていただき有難うございました。遠いので今度いつ来れるか分かりませんが、鹿児島へ来ることがあれば利用したいと思います。

九州一周旅行でお世話になりました。 格式があるホテルでした。立地、眺めお部屋などよかったです。 指宿温泉で砂風呂に入る事を楽しみにしてこの宿にしました。 残念な事に料金別であった事の記載が無い。せっかく砂風呂に入ったら10分で 低温火傷になるから出た方がよいとスッタッフに言われてがっかりしました。 何度も砂風呂に入れると思わせてたった10分から15分でこの値段ですか？ 屋根付小屋みたいな所で眺め全く無しでした。 最後にスッタッフの態度フロント.お風呂場他のスッタッフ含め人手不足なのでしょうか？ 事務的で無愛想な感じが多かった。少し残念でした。
