チェックインの時、従業員の方がいらっしゃいません。 迷っていたら、どこからともなく現れました。 滞在中、従業員の方をレセプションで見かけるのは１回のみでした。 その際、机の下でスマホをいじられていました。 廊下の隅でもスマホをいじられていました。 夕食の場所の案内も（わかりずらい場所です） 「１階です」との事だけ。確実に迷います レセプションに人がいないので聞けません。 予約した砂風呂は、予約されていませんでした。横の連絡もないので チェックアウトの際、何も言葉をかけられませんでした。 と、いうわけで、かなりよろしくない対応を受けたと思います。 消去されてしまうと思いますが、コメントさせて頂きました
