Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 23/05/2023GWに家族で行きました。川沿いの離れの部屋でとてもリラックスできました。温泉はお湯が良くて何回も入りました。食事は個室食事処で、バランス良く多すぎず楽しめました。バスでの送迎含めて対応も心地よく、機会があれば是非再訪したいです。

海老名サービスエリアからは行かれませんが、一般道で行って十分近かったです。 案内や食事の可からの方を始めスタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーでゆっくり過ごすことができました。

部屋付きの温泉は、やっぱりいいですね。食事は、猪鍋も美味しいですが私は、朝ご飯が何度食べても美味しいです。今回は、退職記念として夫婦で利用させていただき大変満足しています。

この度は大変お世話になりました。 館内は綺麗で料理も美味しく、旅館の方々も愛想がよく親切で、楽しい二日間を過ごすことができました。 特にたまたま空いていたということで、露天風呂付きのお部屋にしてくださっていたのがとても嬉しかったです。 客室も清潔感があり、お部屋の名前と同じ木が使われているということで素敵でした。 ただ、渓流露天風呂のお湯がとても熱く、入れなかったのが心残りでしたが、全体を通して素晴らしいお宿だったと思います。 お食事も月毎に変わるそうなので、また違う季節に伺いたいです。

小学生の息子達と4人、2回目の利用でした。あいにくの雪でしたが、早めにチェックインしたいと相談したら快く受けてくださいました。おかげで、雪景色を見ながら、お部屋でのんびり過ごすことができました。子どもの夕食が懐石からランチセットに伝わっていなかったようなのですが、予期せぬ事態にも瞬時に対応する姿勢が気持ちよかったです。ご飯は大変満腹で食べきれないほど、でもどれも美味しいです。猪肉は初めてで、固いのかな？と心配しましたがそんなことなかったです。冬場はお部屋にこたつがありました。スタッフの方、みんな気持ちのよい対応です。こじんまりとしている家族的なあたたかさを感じます。お見送りまで丁寧にしてくださいました。 唯一、脱衣場が暖房がなく大変寒かったです(´；ω；`) もうひとつの方には暖房がありました。でも、温泉はとろとろ系のお湯でお肌がすべすべになります。 今回も大変良い思い出になりました！また来ます( =＾ω＾)
