Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 15/05/2023家族4人でお世話になりました。 フロントの対応はごく普通でしたがチェックイン前にスーツケースを預かって頂き感謝です。 中居さんや布団の担当の方など個々に良い対応をしてくれました。 料理も量、味ともに申し分なしです。 部屋はそれなりの広さで、ゆっくりゆったり寛げました。 チェックアウトはあっさりでしたが江ノ島観光には丁度良い宿です。 ありがとうございました。 また、機会がありましたら是非御世話になりたい宿でした。

部屋は広く景色も堪能出来ました。加えてベッドとテーブルだったので腰の悪い私は更に満足でした。 夕食、朝食共に品数が多く色んな物を少しずつ頂け食べ応えがあり味付けも濃くなく良かったです。 お風呂は温泉ではないのが唯一のマイナスでしたが、それを除けば満足です。再訪問し江ノ島を満喫したいと思っております。次回もどうぞ宜しくお願いします。

スタッフの方の対応がよく気持ちよく滞在することが出来ました。 建物は古いですが清掃が行き届いており快適でした。 ただ、お風呂は温泉でなく、お食事は冷たく出来合いを並べた感じが否めなく お値段の割に質素な感じがしました。 総合的には素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。という感じです

家族旅行で伺いました。 江ノ島の大橋を渡ってすぐの立地でアクセスは最高です。 老舗の旅館で外観に趣がありました！ それゆえ施設に古さはあるのですが、清潔に保たれていて気になりませんでした。 お食事はお部屋食で、豪華かつ、どれも美味しかったです。 小さい子供もいたのでお子様ランチ風のプレートは特に喜んでいました。 なお、担当の仲居さんが優しく、子供の名前を覚えて呼んでくれたのが嬉しかったです。 その他、従業員の皆様親切でした。 ちなみにあえて気になることをあげるとすれば、 お風呂は大風呂で最初に使ったシャワーがなぜか高温しか出ず（水温調節できず）でした。 場所を変えれば問題なかったです。混んでいる時だと困ってしまう人がいるかもしれません。
