Japan|Age: 40s|Couple5Posted: 21/03/2023『絶景はプリンスにある。』 芦ノ湖の目の前に佇む美術館のようなホテルでした。 さすがプリンスホテルですね！ 建物自体は老朽化していますが、綺麗にメンテナンスされていると思います。 ここの露天風呂はプリンスホテルぽくない木を生かした造りで、それがとても癒されました。 スタッフの方もとても親切で、さすが日本のホテルのサービスは良いと改めて実感しました(^^) 夕食も朝食もとてもおいしかったです。 特に夕食のブッフェでのローストビーフは格別でした！ ・改善してほしい点 ※アメニティの化粧品類は高級ホテルならではのアメニティだと嬉しかったです。（アロマエッセゴールド使用されています） ※部屋にスピーカーを用意して欲しいです。 ※アネックスに泊まったのですが、アネックスはルームサービスがないのは残念でした。

3/15 連れの両親と２部屋４名で宿泊。両親共に杖が必要な為、移動に不安がある旨伝えると、館内を丁寧に案内下さり、おかげで広い館内でも迷うことなくスムーズに移動することが出来ました。両親には少し長い距離だったようですが、我々には全く苦になりませんでした。大浴場も食事も大変満足のいくものでした。両親は「ここに住みたい」とまで言ってました。朝バルコニーから見た富士山は最高に綺麗でした。 何より接してくださったスタッフ皆様の接遇の素晴らしさは、同じくサービス業に携わる者として見習うとともに元気をいただきました。本当に有難うございました。 最後に、207号室のバルコニーの窓、重くて両親では開けられず、こっそり部屋をチェンジさせていただきました。

露天風呂がが女性用は、植栽があり湖が前面に見られず少し残念でしたが 温泉は気持ちよくのんびり出来ました。

2023/3/11に家族で一泊しました。 とてもいい場所にあって、天気にも恵まれ、ゆっくりとくつろげました。景色、造形的な建物は魅力を感じました。 【部屋】 洋室で38平米は少々狭く感じました。特記すべきはソファーベッド、狭く寝心地が悪く、他の2人と同じ料金と思うと損した気分でした、もう少しどうにかならないかと。室内の清掃や備品は普通に整っていました。 【風呂】 広くはありませんが、ゆっくりと浸かりました。露天風呂からの景色は絶景で、夕陽のあたる山と湖を眺めることができました。 【食事】 バイキングを選びました。スタッフの対応は良かったです。でも種類が少ないです。飲み放題も種類が少なく、ソフトドリンクの飲み放題を頼みましたが、甘くない飲み物はウーロン茶しかありませんでした。ローストビーフやチキンのソテーは美味しかったが、天ぷらの海老と寿司は酷かったです。天ぷらの海老はいわゆる冷凍の保水タイプの伸ばしエビを使ってると思われ、寒天のような食感で海老の旨味も抜けていました。寿司はにぎりが型で抜いたような形でふんわり感がなくコンビニの寿司かと思いました。ピザも広告の写真のようなトッピングはされていません。あと中華のよだれ鶏ですが、季節的には夏のメニューだと思います。写真にパイグラタンやごま団子が写っていますが、この日はありませんでした。ちょっと一流ホテルのバイキングなのかな？といった印象でした。 朝食はなだ万の和食を頂きました。質も量も満足です。赤魚の西京焼きは美味しかったし、煮物が暖かかったことにも感動しました。サラダの梅ドレッシングも美味しかったです。 【やまぼうしのケーキセット】 ドリンクとケーキをセットでいただきました。 ケーキは、ショートケーキ、モンブラン、アップルパイの中から選べるとのことですが、モンブランが欠品していました。ちょっと残念です。 【龍宮殿の風呂】 サービスで付いていた温泉。ザプリンス箱根の風呂場よりも高度のある場所にあって、芦ノ湖を見下ろすような景色を眺めることができました。洗い場は9か所です。高温サウナも水風呂もあって楽しめました。 【受付】 15：00にチェックインしましたが、この時間に集中したのか混雑してかなり時間が掛かりました。 チェックアウトはスムーズでした。 長文失礼しました。
