家族旅行で利用しました。２間続きのとても広いお部屋でゆったりと過ごせました。今回は３人でしたがもっと大勢でも余裕余裕ですね。部屋からも露天風呂からも阿蘇の山並みが綺麗に見えて大変良かったです。食事は（ハーフ）バイキング形式で料理の種類もたくさん有り質もなかなかだったので満足しました。お風呂は広いぬる湯と広いあつ湯と結構広い露天が有り堪能できました。馬油シャンプーだったのもポイント高かったです。風呂に行く通路の脇（ガラス越し）にウサギさんがいて癒されました。売店が遅くまでと朝早めに開いていて助かりました。部屋に２つトイレが有ったのですが、一つの方はトイレタンクの給水が完全には止まらない状態で、常に水音がしていて寝るときに気になりました。また、壊れているのかウオッシュレットが動作しませんでした。テーブル（座卓）の上（たぶん茶櫃の下から出て来たと思う）にゴミが有ったりして、清掃・整備が行き届いていない様子がうかがわれました。部屋に備え付けのスリッパは痛んでして、中綿が寄っている様で歩き難くなっていましたので、点検と交換をお勧めします。

訳ありでお安く一泊しました。エレベーターの振動がするらしいのですが、私はさほど気になりませんでした。目の前にひろがる阿蘇五岳、素晴らしいの一言。メーンのすき焼きとバイキングで飲み放題がなんと1200円で主人が大喜びでした
