    ホテル駐車場が満車だった為、受付で近隣のお安い駐車場の案内を受けました。 ホテルからも近く更にホテル駐車場よりお安いので助かりました。

    駐車場の予約受付、到着したときの駐車場案内、フロントの案内などスタッフの皆さんの対応がとてもよかったです。朝食もおいしくてとてもよかったです。

    県民割を使わせていただきました。フロントやスタッフの方は皆さんは親切丁寧でした。有難うございます。でも、部屋の壁紙は貼り替えないとお金をいただいたらいけない位、汚れ、捲れがひどいです。県民割で利用させていただき、コストパフォーマンスを考えるとよいですが、県民割がなく今回の価格であればびっくりします。朝食はとても美味しいので、あとはお部屋を整えていただきましたら、とても良いホテルです。お世話になりました。
