四条烏丸の交差点に近くて、何かと便利な立地のわりにお値段はリーズナブル。無料ウェルカムドリンクが嬉しかったです！

【良かった点】 とにかく好立地、露天付き大浴場、ドリンクサービス、部屋に洗濯機、必要な物が揃ったコンパクトな部屋、寝心地良い寝具、リーズナブルな宿泊料金 【悪かった点】 チェックイン可能時間を過ぎても部屋の準備ができていない、宿泊料の過大請求(割引が反映されていない)、事前に電話依頼した内容が引き継がれていない、無料貸出し自転車が一部宿泊者に独占され使えない(フロントで鍵の行方を把握していないため、特定の者が鍵を無断でキープ)

２回目の宿泊。 四条烏丸の交差点から上がって錦小路通を越えたところにあるので、どこに行くのにも便利。 ウェルカムドリンクは、冷たいものも暖かいものも朝も飲めるのが嬉しい。これはポイント高いと思う。 部屋は狭いタイプだが、ベッドがない部屋なので、その分広さが感じられる。窓の外は壁だが、特に問題はない。 洗濯機と浴室乾燥がついているのは、この季節ありがたい。電子レンジも各階のエレベータ前にある。 最上階にある浴場は、運悪く人が多かったため堪能できず。これは仕方ない。 清掃なしにすると、現金で300円返金してくれるシステムはとても良心的。しかも新タオルと一緒にサービスのペットボトルの水も袋に入っていたのは気が利いていた。 エレベータもカードキーエントリーで安心。信頼できるホテルである。

An ozone (O3) deodorant system has been installed in common areas and all guest rooms, and a dedicated machine has been installed on the roof.
