    とにかく駅近で、子連れには素泊りで十分。地下に何でもあり、コンビニも近い。ステイ前後の荷物預けが便利。信用して下さったのか神業なのか、確認無く、さっと札を交換して送り出し、迎えて下さるクロークが素敵。フロントはスムーズ、換気が良くシャワー適温で水量OK、ドライヤー風量OK、清潔なバスルーム、室内適温、ベッド快適、エレベーターすぐ来る、景色は京都駅とロータリーで楽しい。 京都観光に重きを置き、時短で接客、しっかり休息をとらせ、さっと送り出してくれるホテルで、観光を十分楽しめ、個人的には大正解でした。勿論ダイニングやお風呂も豪華だったかもしれませんが今回は寝るだけで利用し快適でした。

    ・お部屋の雰囲気はとても良かったです。 ・氷袋を作りたくお掃除の方に声をかけてビニール袋を別けていただきました。 ありがとうございました。 ・チェックインに時間がかかりました。 ・前日に届いている荷物が見つかるまでかなり時間がかかりました。 ・朝食はコロナの影響でビュッフェではなくプレート提供。しかし、別の時間にはビュッフェを実施している… ・帰りに宅急便を預けましたが、箱の梱包はやるのでそのままでと言われ預けました。30分程してチェックアウトに降りてみると蓋がされることなく放置されている箱。他の方の対応をしていて忘れられたのか…他の方はその場でテープ貼ってますし。 お忙しい中対応頂いてるとは思うのですが、すぐにでも改善できそうな点が多いように感じました。 駅も近いし荷物の少ない１人素泊りならいいかも？

    初めてのホテルですが、良かったです。場所も一番便利な処でしたが当方85歳の老人ですがこれからはもっと老人が増えると思いますので、階段の一部をスロープにして頂けると有り難いと思いました。入口も中もです。
