京都観光で利用させていただきました。スタッフの方の対応など良かったと思います。ただ、大浴場の窓枠や目地のカビがひどかったです。浴室そのものは広くて快適だったので、余計に残念でした。

家族４人で宿泊しました。 開放廊下で冬は寒いとか提携駐車場が遠いとか細かい不満はあるが、 朝食弁当はどれもおいしいし浴室は洗い場付きで広いし総合的に大変満足です。 期会があればまた利用したいです。

このたびはキッズルームが空いているということで部屋を変えて下さり優しい対応をしていただきました。過ごしやすいお部屋で人数が多い我が家としては良かったです。また利用してもいいなと思いました。ただ、部屋の風呂トイレが臭すぎます×公衆トイレのようで…消臭アイテムなど絶対置くべきです×ほかは文句ないけど風呂トイレが残念すぎました。

2月18日から2泊3日で利用しました。京都マラソンに参加する為、体が動かせる和室がある宿泊先を探していました。またスタート地点の西京極運動公園へのアクセスも良く、大浴場もあり、今回の利用条件としてはベストでした。京都に行く際には、また利用したいと思いました。
