    息子夫婦とで旅行で利用しました。孫が1歳半年で事前に問い合わせが有り、回答をしました。そのため息子夫婦の部屋にはおむつのダストボックスが準備されていて心配りを感じました。予約時のサイトでは幼児有りだと懐石になりましたが、息子の嫁が妊娠していて生ものがダメなためバイキングを要求していて幼児無しで申し込みをしてコメント欄にて１歳半年の幼児を記載した。直ぐに予約担当からメールでの問い合わせが有り細かく調整ができました。部屋はリニューアルされていてとてもきれいでした。

    予約時山側和室だったのですが、海側和洋室になっていてビックリしました！お部屋がとても広くて景色もキレイで感激しました。お料理も色々な種類があり、朝食時には子供に食べれるものはありますか？とお気遣い頂き嬉しかったです。お風呂も3箇所あるせいか、どのお風呂も空いていて楽しめました。最後に、フロントで子供が宿のスタンプを押したがり、わざわざ用紙を用意していただいて、有り難かったです。 とてもいい旅行になりました！ありがとうございました。

    5月の13日にお伊勢参りをして翌日は鳥羽観光のため利用しました。あいにくの大雨で自慢の景観は楽しめませんでした。 大浴場は3箇所楽しむことが出来ましたが、目的の大浴場への道順に迷いました。 夕食のバイキング、朝食ともに少し物足りなさを感じました。 ただ夕食時のソフトクリームはとても美味しくいただきました。

    5/6に宿泊しました。部屋は広く6人が泊まっても余裕の広さでした。海側の絶景の部屋でしたが、天候が悪く天気の良い日に泊まりたかったです。食事はバイキングでいろんな種類があり、たくさん食べ長い時間いましたが、嫌な顔もせず接客をしてくださいましたお風呂は3カ所あり、ぬるいお風呂もありましたが景色はどこもきれいなお風呂でした。残念なところが1つありました。それは空調が冷暖房の切り替えができないことです。その日は暑く冷房にしたかったのですが暖房から切り替えは出来ず送風でした。窓を開けましたが、網戸がなく蚊がたくさん入ってきて刺されるし寝苦しい夜でした。それ以外はいいホテルでした。
