部屋からの景色もお風呂からの景色も予想以上の絶景でした。 橋や島が綺麗に見え、いつまでも眺めていられる景色です。 ただ、遮るものがない為大浴場では外からの視線が気になりました。 明るい時間には湯浴み着などが着用できるようになると安心して入れるかなと思いました。 建物は古いながらに手入れが行き届いていて、スタッフの方の対応含め良いお宿です。 また松島に訪れた際には泊まりたいです。

松島海岸に面したお部屋、露天風呂がありとても景色が良い旅館でした。使うことはありませんが、部屋のお湯を出した時に濁りが生じていましたが、しばらく出しっぱなにしていると改善されました。※対応してくれた方は外国人の従業員さんで、日本のサービスを受けるにあたって外国人の方がいない所はないなと改めて思いました。日本人の従業員さんはとても愛想が良く気持ち良く泊まることができました。
Reply from the propertyこの度の御宿泊、誠に有難うございます。 お部屋の給湯ではご迷惑をお掛け致しました。 前日までの３日間、館内設備メンテナンスのため休館させて頂いておりまして、それの影響によりますもので、申し訳ございませんでした。 コロナ感染症の５類移行によります行動制限の無い日常に戻った事で、それ以前に増して多くのインバウンド客が各国から訪れる状況となりまして、それに対応する事も含め外国人従業員の雇用は宿泊業界では必須となりつつあります。 雇用される側も各自のキャリアにプラスし日本の接客技術を学び、適応すべく懸命の努力をし、それなりの評価を頂ける場面も多く見受けられるようになっております。 今後とも、宜しくお願い致します。

松島海岸からほど近い場所で、景色は松島が一望できて最高でした。食事は朝だけでしたが、美味しかったです。松島に行くときには又泊まりたいと思います。
