    ゴールデンウィークに利用しました。 値段が安かったしビジネスホテルのため、ある程度は想定していましたが、使用した部屋の問題かゆっくりくつろぐことができませんでした。主に以下の理由です。 隣のテレビの音が漏れている。 すきま風で部屋が少し寒い。 ロビーの自動ドア開閉音がかなりうるさく部屋に聞こえてくる。(ほぼずっと) 早朝からロビー？食事場所？の会話が聞こえてきて目が覚める。 タブルベッドの部屋にしましたがシングルのところに無理やりダブルベッドとソファーが置かれてスペースがない。 ハンガー掛けは２つあるが、幅が狭いので重ねて掛けることしかできない。 荷物は預かっていただけますし、スタッフの方の対応は普通です。 朝食も普通のビジネスホテルより選べる種類が少ないイメージ。主なもの以外は補充もされないようであまり食べれませんでした。 よくない口コミで申し訳ないですが、これで少しでも改善していただければ幸いです。

    この度は数あるホテルよりせっかく当ホテルを選んで頂きながら、ご満足頂けず大変申し訳ございません。 客室の防音に関しましては、なかなか良い改善案が無く、引続き検討して参ります。 ハンガーはハンガー掛けの追加を検討したいと存じます。 朝食はご宿泊日の食数が多く、補充が間に合わない時間帯がございました。今後は人員を増やすや事前にお料理を多めに用意するなどの改善を行って参ります。 まだまだ設備の至らない点がございますが、少しでも良いホテルになる様、改善に務めて参ります。 この度はたくさんの貴重なご意見ありがとうございました。ぜひ今後に活かしたいと存じます。 この度は大変申し訳ございませんでした。重ね重ねお詫び申し上げます。 ホテルグリーンパシフィック　支配人　太田光彦
