The 'Katsuo Rice' made with bonito caught off the coast of Nichinan, blessed by the Kuroshio Current, is first enjoyed as is, and then finished with a rich and flavorful broth poured over it, allowing you to enjoy it as Katsuo Chazuke for a second time. * Depending on the availability of ingredients, bonito may be replaced with tuna.
