夕食時にでた「朴葉焼き」のお味噌が焦げないので、朴葉焼きとしてどうなんですか？と質問したら、火は通ってますからと！！冷めた目で言われガッカリです。完全に朴葉煮ですやん（怒）

川の横にあり、お散歩にはとてもいい場所でした。 旅館も花がたくさん飾ってあり、スタッフの方も親切でした。 お食事もおいしかったのですが、お肉料理が冷しゃぶで固まっていたので、残念でした。 お風呂もいいのですが、シャンプー等の数が少なく、洗い場に座っても近くにないことがありました。 数を増やしてほしいです。 それからサウナが利用できなかったので残念でした。 夜は近くのイベントを案内してもらい、とてもよかったです。 また利用したいと思います。

部屋がビジネスホテルのようでした。和室にすれば良かったと後悔しました。ホテルのスタッフさんはみなさん親切に対応してくださり良かったです。翌日、駒ヶ根ロープウェイに向かう際には駐車させていただき、バスターミナルまで送っていただきありがとうございました。次回は和室のお部屋で予約します。
