This building, which has been ticking since the Meiji era, is a guest house It's resurrected! While retaining the good old appearance of more than 140 years old, we renovated it ourselves.The lounge, filled with the warmth of wood, gathers locals from Suzaka and travelers from around the world who visit here. [About the room] ・ For couples and families who want to enjoy a guest house This is a recommended private room plan. ・ Since it is a private room, you will not be with other customers, Toilets and shower rooms are shared. There is no bathtub, only a shower. The room does not have a TV or yukata. ・Please refrain from eating and drinking in your room. Thank you for your cooperation. ・Wifi is available even in private rooms. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.Please use the designated area for smoking. ・Air conditioning is provided in the rooms, so please rest assured. A plan to stay on the second floor of the annex 'Mayu-kura' located at the back of the Guesthouse Kura premises. 【Important Notes】 This annex does not have any water-related facilities such as toilets or showers.The main building on the premises includes guest rooms of Guesthouse Kura, as well as toilets, shower rooms, and a kitchen, which can be shared and used by guests. Please note that Mayu-kura does not have a restroom. On the first floor of Mayu-kura, there is a general store called 'Sketch in hike.' During the store's business hours, you cannot stay in the room. Therefore, the use of the Mayu-kura room is as follows: Check-in: 16:00–22:00 Room entry: From 17:00 (on the check-in day) Room exit: By 10:00 (on the check-out day) Checkout: ~11 AM [About the room] The second floor of the building, which was used as a storage for silkworm cocoons during the Meiji era, is now a guest room. There is only one room in the cocoon storage, so you don't need to worry about noise leakage, making it ideal for groups or families.
