Please note that we cannot provide 100% free-flowing hot spring water, as the amount and temperature of the hot water changes depending on the weather and season, and additional heating is required. 〇In-room terrace (facing Jigokudani) Terraces are located throughout the hotel in addition to the guest rooms. There are many situations where parents can't take their eyes off and get restless, so we don't recommend it for small children of preschool age or younger. 〇 Walk-in closet 〇 Free wifi 〇Foreign language broadcasting 〇 We offer a comfortable sleep on a "premium class" semi-double (W120 x L195 cm) bed made by Sealy, which is used by the world's first-class hotels. 〇If you make a reservation for 3 people, 1 person will be provided with a futon. We will prepare the "AIR" (W97 x 195 cm) futon mattress made by Tokyo Nishikawa, which has gained tremendous support from many famous athletes. "In order to protect your privacy after check-in, we will lay out your futon first." 〇Bathrobes, indoor clothes, and gowns are available. 〇 Amenity set (4 types) from "AROMATHERAPY ASSOCIATES", a company established in the UK in 1985 and highly supported by aromatherapists and luxury spas around the world. Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 29/05/2023初めての九州旅行の初日にお伺いしました。 想像以上の絶景と質の高いサービスに大満足でした。 生憎終日の曇り空でしたのでスッキリした眺望ではなかったものの、それでも今までに見たことが無い景色を見ながらの部屋風呂での時間は至福でした。 スタッフの方の気配りもちょうどいい塩梅で高級お宿の名に恥じないものでした。 夏頃にまたお伺いしたいね、と妻と打合せ中です。

久しぶりの雲仙旅行の宿泊先を、何処にしようかと迷ったがコメント内容やお客様の評価値が高い九州ホテルに初めて宿泊した。抜群のロケーションと料理や2Fと屋上階でのアルコールを含む無料サービスまで満足の旅ができた。雲仙地獄が部屋の窓から見えてバルコニーからビールを飲みながら楽しめるなんて酒好きにとっては、地獄を観ながら天国にたどり着いたような心持ちであった。半年後の紅葉シーズンには、高層階からロケーションが楽しめるであろう、５階の宿泊部屋の予約を是非とも行いたいと思っているし、その時が今から楽しみでならない。

雲仙宿泊は始めて、気になっていホテルでしたので、空きの有った３Ｆの部屋にてお世話になりました。 部屋から地獄が一望でした。低層だと地獄の観光客の目線が気になるなら４Ｆや５Ｆが良い感じででしょうか・・ チェックインは15時ですが観光のため早め（14時）に到着したところ、運よく部屋の準備が終わっているとのことで早めに案内頂けました。（ので、地獄観光は翌日に！！） お風呂は硫黄臭で湯の華たっぷりの部屋風呂（大浴場はなし）、掘削の関係で源泉かけ流しではないようですが、霧島温泉のようで気持ちよかったです。 詳しくは公式HPのチェックしてみてください・・ カフェバー（宿泊客以外もＯＫ）はスタッフも居てチェックイン以降からフリードリンク制でアルコールも提供されます。。 宿泊者専用の屋上ラウンジは眺めも良くマッサージチェアもありますが、セルフ利用でドリンク等はカフェバーほど充実していませんでしたので少し残念でしたが、屋上ラウンジはスペースもゆっかり確保されています。部屋にこもらなずカフェバーや屋上ラウンジで読書・おとなの塗り絵等々でゆっくりと楽しめました。（大人向けホテルで部屋の外でも静かに過ごせて良い） 食事は夜は基本洋食（和のお皿も有）、朝は和洋からのセレクトでしたが洋食を選びました。 食事のお酒メニューでスパークリング、白、赤のセットメニューが嬉しい。 内容、味ともに良かったです。。 このお値段でこのレベルなら満点評価です。 温泉に入って、洋食を楽しみたいときにまたお世話になります。 気温も平地より５℃程度低いらしいので、夏の温泉旅行でも楽しめるのかもですね。

4月20日から一泊お世話になりました。スタッフの方々はとても親切で館内は清潔でゆったり過ごせました。お食事も美味しくいただきました。ありがとうございました。 カフェ＆バーやラウンジで好みのドリンクを無料でいただけたサービスが大変ありがたく思いました。また伺いたいホテルです。

ここは最高！ 年に2回は旅行に行ってますが、過去に湯布○・黒○・別○ 何度も行ってますが、過去最高です。 必ずリピートします。 10月に2泊3日で旅行予定してるので予約するのが楽しみです。
