Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)1Posted: 4/01/2022予約の備考蘭に書いた事が何も反映されない。甲殻アレルギーがあると記載して、返答なし。 後日電話して甲殻アレルギーの旨伝えたのに、連日エビを出されました。言う気もなくなるくらい酷い対応。アレルギー対応出来ないなら、甲殻類をお皿に出さないでくれれば済む話。 毎日体調確認しながら過ごしました。 煮付けとかは凄く美味しいのに、全て台無しです。接客態度も良い人と悪い人の差が激しい。 もう二度と泊まりません。

Notice from property
Supper starts at 18:00 and breakfast starts at 8:00. As this is a small family-run inn, we cannot provide individualized time. Please note.
Supper is from 18:00. If you are planning to have dinner and arrive after 18:00, please contact us by 16:00. Please let us know if you arrive by 18:30 and have dinner or if you want to cancel your dinner.
If you do not notify us in advance that you will be late, or if you arrive after 18:30, we will not be able to prepare dinner. In this case, the fee will not be refunded.
A bath tax of 150 yen will be charged separately. (The open-air bath is closed during the winter season.)
In winter, traffic is closed between Akakura and Seki Onsen. Please be careful when searching for NAVI.
Since the road to the hotel is steep, we strongly recommend wearing 4WD cars and studless tires when visiting the museum in winter.
