古町の中心部にあるため提携駐車場とも近く、立地はとても良い場所にあると思います。今回ツインルームを選びましたがお部屋自体がかなり広く、ベッド・バスルームも今までで１番くらいに広かっです。以前に宿泊したことがありましたが、その時はセミダブルルームだったので、結構コンパクトなイメージでしたが、ツインルームはまるで真逆なお部屋でした。そして近隣の飲食店も近いため、夕ご飯選びもスムーズに出来ました。チェックインの際に対応してくださった男性スタッフの方も感じがよく、一気にホテルの印象が良くなりました。ただ１つだけ残念だったポイントが、浴槽の中に体毛と髪の毛が落ちており、シャワーを浴びる際は残念な気持ちになりました。それまで全て良い印象だったため非常に残念です。こちらの点が解消されればパーフェクトだと思います。
Reply from the propertyこの度はホテルディアモント新潟にご宿泊頂きまして、誠にありがとうございます。 今回ご利用いただきました喫煙可ツインルームでございますが、通常のツインルームより広いタイプのお部屋でのご用意でございました。（通常ツイン24平米、今回のツイン約32平米です。） 今回のお部屋は基本的にトリプル仕様で使用することが多いですが、喫煙可ツインルームが満室の際に同料金でご用意させていただくことがございます。 バスルームの髪の毛に関しまして、不快な思いをさせてしまい誠に申し訳ございませんでした。チェックを怠らず行ってまいります。 次回のご来館をスタッフ一同、心よりお待ちいたしております。 お忙しい中ご投稿頂きまして、誠にありがとうございました。
