お風呂も貸し切りでお部屋も広く、お食事も大変美味しかったです！ 夜ご飯を追加でお願いしましたが、 お願いして良かったです！ お刺身もお肉も本当に美味しくて感動しました！ 女将さんや、従業員さんの対応も大変暖かく、気持ちよく過ごせました！

今回、母の還暦祝いと、妹の誕生日お祝いを兼ねての家族旅行で行かせていただきました。 女将さんは明るくいい方で、宿泊中、とても温かいおもてなしをしていただきました。 子供もいて騒がしくしてしまいましたが、スタッフの方も優しく対応してくださり安心して過ごせました。 お食事は懐石料理で、関アジやお肉など、どれもとても美味しかったです。 お部屋もきれいに清掃されていて、お風呂は家族風呂貸し切りが2つあり、夜と朝2回入れました。 洗い場が畳になっているのは新鮮でした。 1泊あっという間でしたが、とても居心地がよい旅館でした。 金鱗湖へも歩いて15分程で行け、便利でした。 母も妹も、家族みんなが楽しかったと言っておりよかったです。 ありがとうございました。

2階の部屋に泊まったけど、 暖房が効かなくて寒かった。 料理は姿造りが出てとてもよかった

急な旅行でしたが、対応や食事など大変良かったです。 強いて言えば、お風呂が熱くて長湯はできませんでした。子どもも入れなかったので、水を入れて調節できると良いなと思います。 あとテレビも布団側ではなく、居間側にあった方が個人的には良かったです。 総合的には大変満足でした。 お世話になりました。

■Bath tax is required separately. (150 yen per adult)
■We lend bath chairs and baby chairs for small children. Please feel free to contact us.
■If you check in after 18:00, please be sure to contact us. (TEL 0977-84-2100)
■Guests staying with dinner must complete check-in by 18:00. Dinner will be canceled after the check-in time and no refund will be given.
■VISA, Master, and Saison cards can be used for credit card payments on site at the accommodation facility.
■Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
■Regarding children's meals, elementary school children (70% of adults) will be "adult dishes", infants (50% of adults) and infants (7700 yen for meals only) will be served. In that case, it will be "children's dish".
■There are 3 sizes of yukata for children (large, medium, and small). It would be helpful if you could let us know in advance.
Amenities for children with futons are yukata, toothbrush, towel, geta, haori (winter only)
