Japan|Age: 60s|Solo2Posted: 30/03/20234度目の宿泊です。 部屋が食事会場のすぐ下の階で、イスやテーブルを動かす音、足音が夜遅くまで、朝早くから同様の音が響きとても不快でした。 夕食時、一組のグループが焼肉をしていて上手く焼けないのか、煙が会場中に充満してました。食事会場は天井も高くなく換気もされてなく、スタッフも何をするわけでもなく、スプリンクラーが作動するのではないかと思い、食事もそこそこに会場を後にしました。 今回は不快リゾートとなってしまいました。

チェックインに20分から30分待ちます、15時30分前後のチェックインはおすすめしません 食事メニューが少ないです ただ、スタッフ対応はスムーズかつ丁寧です

到着時外観の古さにはびっくりしましたが、中はきれいで接客もよくよい息抜きになりました。大浴場も広くて露天風呂もあり気持ちよかったです。食事も品数豊富で大変満足出来ました。席間が少し狭いのがこの時期なので気にはなりましたが満足出来ました。また機会があれば利用したい旅館でした。
