    イベントと観光のために利用させていただきました。フロントの方の対応が本当にとても丁寧で、荷物預りについて電話した際にも快く対応して頂けたので本当に安心して利用できるなと思いました。設備についても特に申し分なく、お部屋も可愛かったです。御堂筋線改札から出て正面の立地とコンビニがすぐ下にあることも大変便利でした！また大阪に行く際には利用させて頂きたいです！

    髭剃り100円！！ 必要性の高いアメニティー、髭剃り、ヘアブラシをそれぞれ100円で販売していたが、無料にしてほしい。必要性の高くないフィルター製のコーヒーや紅茶のティーバッグなどは止めればいい。立地的にビジネス客が多いと思われるがビジネス客は出張経費がでるので、ホテル代に予め有料アメニティー費用（200円）をONしておくか、髭剃り、ヘアブラシが不要な人からはホテル代から200円割引くのでも良いのでは。荷物を持った中でカードでの宿泊料支払手続きの他に小銭を出すのが面倒。髭剃り、ヘアブラシが高価なら、フロントで要否を聞いて必要な人には手渡ししてはどうか。予約のページのどこにもアメニティー有料と書いてない。 朝食がJR新大阪構内のカフェ2軒（和食は無）！！ 朝7時開店なのに開店準備が遅いのか、開いてなかった。寒い中ホテルから駅まで歩き、5分くらい待った。提案だが、コンビニがホテル１Fにあり便利なので、コンビニで使える朝食券(500円位の金券）を配布するサービスは如何だろう。駅近立地の優位性なのか、すこしサービス面が効率重視で機械的になっているのではないでしょうか？

    この度はヴィアイン新大阪正面口にご宿泊いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。 しかしながら、アメニティについてのご案内が至らず、誠に申し訳ございません。 アメニティの髭剃りとヘアブラシは、プラスチックごみ削減の取り組みとして、100円の有料販売とさせていただいております。PCサイト版には有料化についてのご案内を載せておりますが、スマートフォン版では詳しい説明がなく、事前に分かりづらいものになっておりました。いただきましたご意見を参考に、今後の運用につきまして検討して参ります。 朝食につきましても、お急ぎのところお待たせしてしまい申し訳ございません。提携店舗にも情報共有し、再発防止に取り組んで参ります。 また、以前はコンビニで使えるチケット付きのプランを販売しておりましたが、全国旅行支援の制限上、販売を休止しております。ご不便をお掛け致しますがご理解の程お願い申し上げます。 最後になりましたが、貴重なご意見をお聞かせくださり誠にありがとうございます。今後もサービス向上に取り組んで参りますので、ヴィアイングループをよろしくお願い致します。 ヴィアイン新大阪正面口　支配人

    フロントの丁寧な対応はかなり好印象でした。 朝食付きプランにしましたが新大阪駅構内の喫茶店で使えるモーニングセット券だったのには驚きました、チェックアウトしてから利用するしか無いのでその部分は少し残念でした。 駅構内まで行くなら一階のコンビニ利用券を貰った方が私としては便利で良かったですが喫茶店のモーニングセットの内容は良かったです。
