    9/20に宿泊しました！お部屋広くてとっても綺麗でした！ホテルの方も優しく、スプーンなどもってきていただきました！よくしてくださりありがとうございました！朝ごはんばりうまでした！

    9月20日に宿泊しました。 下記とても残念な点です。 ☆自動チェックインですが、館内案内、朝食会場、部屋の場所などの案内が一切なくネットで調べる事が必要。 　受付もありますが、アルバイトさんの感じで、なにをきいいても？みたいな感じです。 　館内マップ利用案内などおいてほしいです。 ☆スーペリアツインを予約しましたが、実際はツインの部屋にエキストラベッドをいれられました。 　写真と違い残念ですが、こういうホテルなのだと何も言いませんでした。 ☆スパワールド２日間満喫プランと書いてましたが、実際は１日しか利用できませんでした。受付の方に聞くと 　しんどそうでしたので、そのまま帰りました。 ☆カラオケ１時間しましたが請求時９時間使用になってました。９時間オールナイトでは歌わないだろっと心の 　中でつぶやきました。その際フロントのお兄さんに聞きましたが、何が面白かったのか笑われました。 結論　サービスはとても残念なレベルです。スパワールドの方々は学生アルバイトさんがメイン（浮き輪のレンタル受付のお姉さんは仕事中も熱心にSNSをみてました。雇う方も大変ですね）らしく、対応は残念としかいいようがありません。ホテル＆リゾートとは名ばかりです。 ☆ポールの水はとても汚かったのも残念でした。

    以前サイト検索した所、しばらく先まで予約一杯でしたが、今回何とか空きが出て？宿泊できました。 夏休み期間で入口ごった返してチェックインしばらくかかりましたが温泉でゆっくりできました。 夕食は新世界で串カツを頂きました。良い雰囲気で！ 朝食はメニュー豊富でこれまた満足しました。

    夜遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、かなり賑わってました。サウナがよかったです。また、部屋も綺麗で最新式の設備が整ってたし、朝食も力を入れてる感じがしてよかったです。子連れの家族がたくさんいて良い思い出になりそうですね。

    立地も良く便利でした。新しいプールは良かったです。
